When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

近日,國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)公布了最新的「112年通訊傳播市場報告」,報告顯示台灣民眾在通訊行為上呈現出明顯的轉變趨勢,特別是在網路語音通話方面。根據報告,台灣人每週使用 LINE 撥打網路電話的通話時間平均高達7.33小時,這一數字遠遠超過了行動電話的通話時間,僅為1.62小時。這不僅顯示了網路通話的普及程度,也反映了民眾對於網路語音通話服務的偏愛。
報告指出,98.9%的國人使用網路語音通話服務,其中又以 LINE 服務為主要通話平台。這一數據表明,LINE 在台灣的普及率極高,成為人們日常溝通的主要工具之一。與此同時,超過一半的民眾在住處僅使用行動電話通話,顯示了行動通訊的普及程度。儘管如此,僅有約2成5的民眾轉換至5G服務,但對於高速上網的需求則不斷增加。
