When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

賴清德11日於臉書上發文分享當天他前往 LINE 及 LINE Bank 公司參訪心得,他首先提到,自己十分敬佩 LINE 在台灣數位轉型上帶來的巨大貢獻。LINE在台灣的活躍用戶數不僅佔國內超過9成的人口,而成立不到3年的LINE Bank,至今已累積逾157萬用戶,種種的成功,讓他也忍不住坦言自己也是 LINE 的愛用者。近期為了打擊網路詐騙,賴清德提到,政府目前已推出「打詐1.5」方案,對於詐騙犯罪,整合跨部會、跨領域的力量,進行上游清源和下游清淤。同時也完成「打詐五法」修法,從技術面到法制面,持續強化升級打詐的力道,降低詐騙受害發生的可能性,因此希望未來LINE作為台灣民眾最廣為使用的社群通訊平台,在打詐這項工作能承擔更多的企業責任。
賴清德強調,LINE一直是政府打擊假訊息的重要夥伴。今年3月至6月底間,已經主動封鎖超過1,200個與投資詐騙廣告相關的風險帳號,而 LINE Bank 也是首批加入刑事局鷹眼識詐專案的銀行,並配合政府「新世代打擊詐欺策略行動綱領1.5」,共同維護網路使用環境的安全與秩序。
然而針對賴清德大力稱讚LINE的成功,還力邀協助政府打詐、堵詐,而LINE作為一個通訊軟體卻在「基本功能」上不斷出包一事,也引起廣大網友們不滿,紛紛留言並打臉賴清德與LINE,例如:「LINE先把通話品質搞好再說」、「賴清德要將國家通訊安全交給LINE?」、「又想著把黑手伸進Line嗎?」、「打詐這麼嚴肅的事情。你在他X玩 sin lie 台灣」、「lie導是不知道line上超多詐騙」、「打詐要從政府層面行動吧?參訪私人公司有鳥用」、「這韓國商耶,而且詐騙聊天室刪也刪不完」等。照片來源:賴清德臉書
