When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Deloitte 專家 Abhrajit Ray 與 Shingo Kayama 表示,主權 AI 與地緣政治正重塑亞太供應鏈,各國積極本土化 AI 與半導體能力。台灣身為全球 AI 基礎設施核心,正面臨前所未有的重組壓力,但也迎來深化全球角色的重大契機。Kayama 強調,企業唯有快速導入 AI、預測供應鏈與智慧製造等能力,並調整跨國合作模式,才能在未來的 AI 國家級基礎建設競賽中維持不可替代性。
前經濟部長王美花指出,美國以 AI 為經濟與國安重點,Nvidia 的全球供應鏈策略也加速 AI 伺服器與半導體往美國布局,引發「矽盾空洞化」疑慮。然而 AI 需求呈指數成長,已直接推升台灣半導體與資通訊出口創新高。當前產業最關注的包括:AI 需求能否持續、全球投資是否過熱、AI 商模是否能支撐長期發展,以及資料中心的電力、網路、先進封裝與液冷設備是否能跟上。
勤業眾信簡宏偉表示,2026 年全球三分之二計算量將由 AI 推論運算占據,資料中心與先進封裝投資將持續升溫。「算力、能源與資安」將成企業三大壓力。台灣身為晶圓代工與 AI 伺服器組裝核心,更需強化供應鏈韌性。
Deloitte 資安負責人 Paul Sukhu 指出,晶圓廠正成全球網攻主標靶,台灣更是高風險區。一旦遭入侵,可能造成產線停擺與機密外洩,衝擊全球供應鏈。因此 OT 資安不再屬資訊部門,而是董事會至工程部門都需共同治理的議題。
全球人壽資安長林錦龍表示,供應鏈數位化與 AI 增長使勒索軟體與供應鏈攻擊日益複雜,企業除建立資安機制,也可透過資安保險分散風險。
勤業眾信潘家涓指出,企業挑戰已從「產能」轉向「供應鏈的穩定與信任」。韌性不只是防禦,而是制度、策略與數據治理的全面重塑。無論是家登推動的供應鏈聯盟、SEMI E187 設備資安標準,或 SAP 對 AI 導入瓶頸的分析,都凸顯韌性需從政策、技術到組織協作多面向推進。
