When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data

本屆新增的漫畫與影片類別,讓創作者能以敘事與動態影像開展更多元的創作形式;而音樂類別則是今年最受矚目的焦點。由於音樂創作不僅需要生成式 AI 技術,更需兼顧聲音表現、創作流程與使用體驗,臺北市政府資訊局特別邀請長期深耕聲音行銷領域的創響科技(JamStation)共同參與音樂項目規劃,以聲音專業打造更完整的AI音樂創作體驗。
臺北市政府資訊局表示,JamStation則攜手 Google Cloud,結合專為創意與藝術表現開發的多模態AI音訊技術,共同打造本次官方推薦的AI音樂創作體驗。此技術只需一段文字描述,即可生成長達約三分鐘、含前奏、主歌、副歌等完整歌曲架構的高音質作品,並支援人聲演唱與多元曲風;所有生成音樂皆嵌入 Google 的SynthID 數位浮水印技術,清楚標示為 AI 生成內容。
本次活動背後的雲端環境,亦由Google Cloud 在臺灣的 Premier Partner CloudMile 萬里雲協助建置與技術支援,讓創作體驗更穩定、安全。透過 JamStation 與 Google Cloud 的合作,以及 CloudMile 萬里雲提供的技術支援,可望引領更多創作者更容易接觸生成式 AI,探索音樂創作的無限可能。
創響科技(JamStation)總經理彭耀慶表示,JamStation 長期深耕音樂與聲音科技,但好的創作工具,不只是技術強大,更要讓人願意打開、願意嘗試。此次很榮幸能與臺北市政府及 Google Cloud 合作,由市政府搭建舞台、Google Cloud 提供 AI 技術,而 JamStation 則負責將技術轉化為創作者真正用得上的體驗。期待透過這次合作,讓更多人親自感受到,AI 音樂創作其實比想像中更容易開始。
