When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

美國聯邦法院日前裁定 Google 在網路搜尋與數位廣告市場中違反反壟斷法,非法維持壟斷地位。補救措施最快將於本月底出爐,司法部建議 Google 必須出售旗下最具代表性的 Chrome 瀏覽器。消息一出,多家科技公司已表態有意接手,包括 Perplexity、OpenAI、Yahoo,甚至新創平台 Search.com,競爭態勢一觸即發。
法院去年先判定 Google 壟斷搜尋市場,今年四月再認定其壟斷開放網頁廣告市場。Chrome 作為 Google 的核心產品,不僅是全球市占率最高的瀏覽器,也是推動 Google 搜尋、廣告與服務的重要管道。若真被迫出售,對 Google 及母公司 Alphabet 將是沉重打擊。巴克萊分析師直言,這將是「黑天鵝事件」,可能導致 Google 股價下跌 15% 至 25%。
Google 對此強烈否認壟斷指控,並警告若脫手 Chrome,恐使瀏覽器「過時」,甚至讓「數十億人暴露於資安風險」。然而,在法院最終裁定出爐前,潛在買家已紛紛展開動作。
AI 搜尋聊天平台 Search.com 本週向《商業內幕》證實,已在摩根大通與多家私募股權公司支持下,提出 350 億美元收購 Chrome 的巨額出價。Search.com 隸屬於 Public Good,而 Public Good 於七月被 Ad.com 收購。Public Good 總裁梅麗莎・安德森(Melissa Anderson)指出,Chrome 的龐大用戶群是推廣 AI 搜尋服務的絕佳機會。
另一家 AI 新創 Perplexity 也不甘示弱,以 345 億美元加入競標。該公司七月剛推出 AI 原生瀏覽器「Comet」,並承諾若收購成功,將繼續支持開放原始碼專案 Chromium,並維持 Google 作為預設搜尋引擎,但允許用戶自由更改。
OpenAI 執行長山姆・奧特曼(Sam Altman)日前更公開表示:「如果 Chrome 真的要出售,我們應該仔細評估。」他強調,收購 Chrome 對 OpenAI 與 Google 競爭具有戰略意義。在四月的聽證會上,ChatGPT 負責人 Nick Turley 也曾作證,明確表態有興趣參與收購。
此外,Google 的老對手 Yahoo 也在盤算。Yahoo 搜尋總經理布萊恩・普羅沃斯特(Brian Provost)在聽證會上形容 Chrome 是「網路上最具戰略價值的資產之一」,並透露將與母公司 Apollo Global Management 共同評估競標計畫。
目前尚未確定法院是否會要求 Google 出售 Chrome,但若成真,這將成為近年來科技產業最具震撼性的收購案之一。Chrome 不僅是全球最廣泛使用的瀏覽器,更承載 Google 搜尋及廣告營收的龐大入口。其去向不僅牽動 Google 命運,更可能改寫全球科技產業的競爭版圖。
