When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

EVO ICL手術的安全性與成效已獲國際肯定,全球累計植入數量已超過300萬片,歐美及亞太多國均廣泛應用。根據國際期刊與市場調查,ICL類型手術目前約佔全球屈光矯正市場的12%至18%,並呈穩定成長趨勢,林鴻源指出EVO ICL對高度近視、高度散光或角膜厚度不足的族群來說,確實是很好的選擇。
6月剛結束的IIRST年會中,台灣醫師與國際頂尖專家深入交流,針對 EVO ICL 的測量技巧、植入準則與術後併發症處置進行臨床經驗分享。林鴻源提醒,EVO ICL手術僅限通過原廠嚴謹訓練與認證的眼科專科醫師可以執行,若醫師本身具備豐富白內障或近視雷射手術經驗,通常能更快速掌握植入技巧,進一步提升術中操作的穩定性與術後視力品質,林鴻源呼籲,患者應選擇具備完善檢查設備及專業評估流程的醫療院所與醫師,進行全方位的個性化術前評估檢查,確認自身是否適合接受此項手術。
