Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data

MHFA標準課程共12小時,內容包括介紹憂鬱、焦慮、精神病、物質濫用、飲食失調等精神障礙,教導包括自殺、自傷、恐慌發作、創傷、嚴重精神病發作、攻擊行為的緊急救援。心理急救五行動包括:
行動一「傾」(Approach the person, assess and assist with any crisis)接觸及評估當事人的情況,觀察有否有自傷或傷人的風險。
行動二「聽」(Listen non-judgmentally)不帶批判性地聆聽,細心聆聽當事人的心聲及感受,給予空間讓對方表達。
行動三「給」(Give support and information)給予當事人支持,例如陪伴當事人做一些減壓及紓緩的活動,以及提供資訊與意見。
行動四「鼓」(Encourage the person to get appropriate professional help)鼓勵當事人尋求合適的專業援助。
行動五「勵」(Encourage other supports)鼓勵當事人尋求其他支援,例如向朋友傾訴心事等。
