When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

領先區塊鏈科技公司 OBOOK Holdings Inc. 旗下營運品牌奧丁丁集團,今(20)日宣布即將推出 OwlPay Booking Engine for Agent Checkout(訂房系統),一款專為旅宿業設計的 AI 訂房系統(Booking Engine),協助飯店、民宿(B&B)、線上旅遊平台(OTA)及旅宿業者,直接承接由 AI 代理人(AI Agent)發起的訂房與付款。
奧丁丁集團表示,舉例來說,旅客只需告訴 AI 代理人「幫我找普吉島下週末 200 美元以內的海景房,直接訂好」,AI 便能代為完成從搜尋、比較、選房、付款到確認的完整旅程,而新推出的訂房系統正是這整段 AI 旅宿旅程背後的支付與結算服務。
訂房系統由3部分共同組成:OwlPay Agent Checkout 負責訂房確認與收款授權;OwlPay Agent Wallet 負責 AI 代理人授權付款;OwlPay Harbor 負責跨境供應商結算。這3個部分環環相扣,讓 AI 代理人能協助旅客完成從搜尋、比較、選房、付款到業者接單確認與收款,一路走完整段訂房流程。訂房系統預計於 2026 年 6 月正式上線。
訂房系統的收益,設計上涵蓋個來源:其一,向採用這套服務的旅宿業者收取平台服務費;其二,向透過 OwlPay Harbor 合法授權的跨境匯款通道,進行不同幣別結算的交易收取支付服務費;其三,對由 AI 代理人全程處理的訂房交易收取逐筆手續費。這套架構有望能讓奧丁丁直接參與規模化旅宿訂房交易的分成,其實際導入時程與規模,仍取決於市場條件及監管要求。
奧丁丁集團表示,為確保上線初期即具備真實規模,奧丁丁計劃將訂房系統直接整合至 OwlNest 旅宿管理系統,優先帶動現有業者接入。對於尚未自行建立 AI 能力的旅宿業者而言,透過奧丁丁的訂房系統,等於取得一條 AI 訂房接單的現成路徑,旅客可享有從搜尋、選房到付款的完整 AI 代理旅程,而訂房資訊則如同其他任何訂房管道,持續流入業者現有的系統,無需額外調整營運模式。
這套訂房系統,將 Agent Wallet 授權付款、Agent Checkout 訂房確認,以及 Harbor 全球供應商結算三項服務合為一體,在同一套合法授權的架構下共同運作。執照、支付通道、訂房結算,三個環節將能全數到位,共同構成旅宿業 AI 代理商務所需的合規支付基礎,並以奧丁丁在美國 40 州已取得的資金傳輸執照(Money Transmitter License, MTL)或同等許可1為根基。隨著 AI 代理人在旅宿商務中將扮演更核心的角色,OwlPay Booking Engine for Agent Checkout 有望能確保這個未來,從一開始就運行在為合規而設計的訂房管道上。
