When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

核一、核二廠用過核子燃料室內乾式貯存設備採購案(金額約215億元)近期引發爭議。《CNEWS匯流新聞網》接獲爆料指稱,兩家外商NAC International Inc.與Holtec International競標過程中,台電疑似出現程序不一、審查標準不一致、信息外洩與差別待遇等問題。爆料者更指出,第二次招標期間,NAC遭要求澄清高達62項技術及多項資格問題,最終被判定不符資格;反觀Holtec似乎較早掌握審查結果,甚至在資格標公布前即向工程會提出申訴,引發外界質疑審查資訊是否外流。
報導指出台電疑似對廠商資格審查不一致,其中NAC International Inc.(下稱NAC公司)連續兩次被判定資格不符,台電說明,核一、二廠室內乾貯採購案迄今共進行三次公告招標。第1次開標時,NAC公司並未投標;第2次開標時,NAC公司因規格不符經審查後判定不合格,另一家廠商Holtec International(下稱Holtec公司)因文件未完備而判定資格不符;第3次開標時,NAC公司再次未投標。媒體報導所稱「連續兩度判定NAC公司資格不符」與事實不符。
