When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

台中市長盧秀燕就任6年,首度出訪日本,昨(24)日抵達後首站前往巨蛋「ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO」及「北海道棒球園區」參訪。盧秀燕表示,球場設備新穎,從採光視野等規劃設計到室內擺設都相當具有品味,可充分感受到球團與營運者對球員的重視與用心,盼汲取其成功經驗,作為後續台中興建大巨蛋參考。
盧秀燕參訪日本職棒(NPB)北海道日本火腿鬥士隊的全新主場「ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO」,由球場開發本部長前沢賢先生親自接待、區域開發部長小川太郎先生導覽。球團更在全世界最大的LED螢幕上,用英文秀上「歡迎盧秀燕市長蒞臨ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO」,惟去年年底剛簽約加盟的「府城金孫」古林睿煬未現身。
台中市府說明,ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO位於北海道北廣島市的棒球園區內,整個園區佔地約32公頃,球場面積約5公頃,可容納3萬5千名觀眾。外觀以北海道傳統房屋風格設計,內部設備則包括內野草皮區導入受美職大聯盟(MLB)球團與球員好評的「B1K」特殊草皮,比天然草皮的耐久性更高,減輕球員的身體負擔。
