When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

徐榛蔚指出,夏威夷郡是花蓮縣第一個姊妹城市,自1971年締結姊妹市至今,已攜手走過半個世紀,這段情誼別具歷史意義,她熱烈歡迎首度訪花的 C. Kimo Alameda 郡長團隊,並推崇夏威夷作為世界級旅遊城市的治理經驗。
「兩地是一家人。」夏威夷郡長 C. Kimo Alameda 感性回應,夏威夷與台灣的連結極為緊密,目前約有4000名台灣人居住於夏威夷。他特別分享首日參訪台泥 DAKA 的驚豔感受,提到水泥雖屬重工業且排放量大,但台泥轉型後的循環經濟技術令他深受啟發,並表示欲將花蓮縣廢棄物處理與減碳知識帶回夏威夷。
C. Kimo Alameda 也表示,花蓮縣防災訓練設備是他參訪見過最完善的地方,認為這些國際級設備能精準訓練消防員成為人民心中的英雄。本身具備原住民血統的郡長,在享用花蓮原民風味餐時,深感兩地文化共鳴;他更提到在海邊體驗「疊石藝術」時感受到療癒身心的能量,認為這不僅是景觀美學,更是心理健康與大自然結合的展現。
