Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

【Taiwan in View 2-1 】國內盜版、非法電視盒猖獗 業者盼取經韓國維護台灣正版創作環境

由於現今海內外線上盜版相當猖獗,亞洲影音產業協會 (Asia Video Industry Association, AVIA) 4日時特別舉辦Taiwan in View會議,邀集國內外產官學們,一同探討串流與防治侵權兩大問題。其中,在打擊盜版方面,因網站封鎖的方式有明顯成效。此次座談會上也分享了亞太地區各國的網站封鎖實例,並特別聚焦於韓國為支持國家內容產業而採行的全面反盜版策略。
中華民國衛星廣播電視事業商業同業公會(Satellite Television Broadcasting Association,STBA)秘書長陳依玫表示,STBA在打擊盜版時非常堅定,且未來將會更堅定。過去七年來一步一腳印,針對盜版網站、盒子提起了非常多訴訟,七年前包括政府、司法、警檢調對於數位專業技術、認知、法令規範有所不足,經過幾個提出訴訟的案例,從起初的境外ip不能起訴到現在每個案子都能起訴,甚至從重量刑,台灣真的改變了。從當初楓林網被封網,網路上熱議「早該封鎖了」、藝人因用安博盒子非法收看奧運被罵爆出面道歉等,台灣已經跟過去不同了,這七年的時間是有意義的。不過台灣的內容產製方目前最需要的是快速停損機制,當版權方發現盜版後,得以讓盒子、網站馬上停止運作,才不會血流不止。
陳依玫也說,隨著網路犯罪與網路安全日益惡化,執法單位已經大量用 DNS RPZ 去封鎖詐騙網站,現在是個好的時間去促進DNS RPZ的使用,不管是打擊詐騙還是盜版,都減少網路不當使用所產生的威脅。同時,還需持續檢視與完善可行法規,發展可行的治理框架,將非法網站、盒子全面斷訊,一起維護台灣正版影視創作環境。
