Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. AI創業從高中開始!由新北市教育局主辦的「2026 AI StartUp創業挑戰賽」,鼓勵高中職學生運用AI技術提出創業構想,透過競賽將創意轉化為可被市場驗證的行動方案。本屆競賽採三階段評選機制,包含書面初審、企畫簡報及成果發表決賽,最高總獎金達10萬元。今(21)日公布第一階段初審入圍名單,共16組團隊晉級下一階段,其中包含6組實作組與10組概念組,後續將持續角逐金拓獎、銀拓獎及銅拓獎。
張明文認為,面對 AI 時代來臨,未來孩子最重要的能力是「創意」與「實作」。因此新北市整合市府跨局處資源,從經發局、青年局到教育局,共同打造完整的創業培育機制,並結合高中職、大學與企業力量,希望讓學生在進入職場前,就能在校園中累積創業與創新實作的經驗。同時透過經發局創業資源、青年局青年貸款,以及大學育成中心與企業導師的協助,提供學生更多實務指導與支持,讓年輕世代在學習階段就能逐步培養創業能力與實踐夢想的機會。
