Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. 張麗善指出,這幾日藉由ICF國際智慧城市參訪團在創辦人兼主席John G. Jung率領成員參訪機會,雲林縣展現在智慧科技面向努力與實際案例。今日「雲林國際智慧城市 雲菁人才培育工作坊」提供國際級學習環境,邀請到國際智慧城市專家Peter Portheine以及智慧城市顧問 Alfred等人,介紹荷蘭恩荷芬與越南平陽省智慧城市政策規劃和推動、案例與經驗,並分享「三螺旋模式(Triple Helix)」與「導航器框架(Navigator)」如何促進區域發展,並以工作坊形式識別雲林的關鍵議題及合作夥伴,檢視導航器框架應用可行性。
國際智慧城市專家Peter Portheine同時也為雲林縣在2024年首度參與國際智慧城市論壇ICF(Intelligent Community Forum)智慧城市評選時,擔任由ICF指派之查訪員。
Peter Portheine提到,這是他第二次來訪雲林,從張縣長致詞之中得知雲林縣在農業、在觀光或是其他產業發展有諸多願景擘劃。此次工作坊進一步分析雲林的優勢與挑戰,特別關注數位基礎建設、綠色經濟、創新創業及人才培育,以及在經濟成長相對不足之處進行探討與討論,透過國際智慧城市發展經驗,強化雲林在全球化競爭中的定位,協助在邁向智慧城市2.0路上真正Yunlin It’s our Time。
