When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. 今年3月於台北廣受好評的《Through My Eyes》展覽,現已正式推出沉浸式360度虛擬展覽,讓全球觀眾無論身在何處,都能隨時透過線上平台,體驗這場結合藝術與心理健康的創新展覽。《Through My Eyes》希望透過這項全新的虛擬體驗,引導觀眾深入思考、開啟對話,並藉由真實的人生故事,建立更深層的理解與情感連結。
其中最令人印象深刻的作品之一,〈荊棘中的勇氣:從傷人惡語中療傷的避風港〉,由1位10歲孩童創作,以孩子的視角探討霸凌帶來的長遠心理影響。作品透過鋪滿尖釘的墊子、貼滿霸凌字句的裝置,以及被花朵與植物環繞的「力量之椅(Chair of Strength)」,象徵痛苦、韌性、療癒,以及每個人的價值,都不應由傷人的言語所定義。台北展覽期間,觀眾也受邀寫下:曾經傷害自己的話語、幫助自己療癒的話語,或希望曾有人對自己說過的一句話,讓整件作品逐漸成為集結眾人同理與希望的共同創作。
《Through My Eyes》的另一項重要特色,在於將科學知識與藝術展覽相結合。除了匿名故事之外,展覽亦與來自世界各地的心理學家、神經心理學家及跨文化專家合作,設計一系列資訊圖表(Infographics),將艱深的心理學與神經科學知識,轉化為淺顯易懂的內容,協助觀眾理解:壓力、跨世代創傷、職場心理安全、療癒歷程、心理韌性等多項重要心理健康議題。
除了促進理解之外,展覽更希望鼓勵觀眾採取實際行動。台北展期間,觀眾除了認識心理諮商服務,也接觸到冥想、瑜伽、藝術治療、音樂治療,以及其他具有研究支持的身心健康方法。《Through My Eyes》並不主張只有單一的療癒方式,而是希望每位觀眾都能找到最適合自己的人生道路與支持資源。隨著展覽延伸至線上平台,這份社群精神也持續擴展。
蔡理薇Valerie Tsai出生於台灣家庭,在美國密西根州成長,深厚的雙文化背景形塑了她長期投入同理心與社群建立工作的理念。她畢業於美國賓夕法尼亞大學華頓商學院(Wharton School),創立 Penn International Impact Consulting(PIIC)。之後隨家人移居台北,並於美國俱樂部(American Club Taipei)創辦親職社群,而這些與家長間真誠交流的經驗,也逐漸成為《Through My Eyes》誕生的重要契機。
