When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

2026 MONIN CUP臺灣區3強正式誕生！由法國百年風味品牌 MONIN首度攜手開元食品，共同舉辦的「2026 MONIN CUP 國際調酒大賽」，歷經全臺徵件及北、南區初賽選拔後，12名選手齊聚臺灣區決賽，以本屆主題「Timeless Twists｜永恆風味・經典新繹」為核心，從經典雞尾酒出發，運用當代風味、創意技法與個人敘事重新演繹經典。最終由潘芯昀、吳寧恩及林子婷等，自12強中脫穎而出，取得臺灣代表資格，也將於9月3日前進香港，參加「臺港澳區決賽」，角逐通往巴黎全球總決賽的唯一門票。
MONIN CUP以「Timeless Twists｜永恆風味・經典新繹」為年度主題，邀請年輕調酒師重新思考「經典」在當代酒吧文化中的可能性。選手不僅需選定一款經典雞尾酒作為創作原型，更須透過原料、風味結構、調製技術與呈現方式的重新設計，在保留經典精神之餘，創造屬於自己的當代詮釋。
奪下冠軍的潘芯昀，目前任職於Bar Alter，以作品〈Between the Islands〉從經典調酒 Between the Sheets延伸，將法國干邑白蘭地、金門高粱酒與MONIN芒果糖漿巧妙交融，讓東西方不同的蒸餾文化在杯中相遇。作品以法國與臺灣兩地風土為創作軸線，在經典架構中加入屬於島嶼的風味語彙，呈現兼具文化對話與細膩層次的味覺體驗。
為接軌國際賽事標準，臺灣區決賽分別設置「技術評審」與「品評評審」，從實際調製操作到最終飲品表現進行完整評核。技術評審由MONIN品牌大使Kit Yuen擔任，曾獲2018 MONIN CUP國際調酒大賽大中華區冠軍、香港區冠軍，主要針對選手操作流程、工作檯整潔、倒酒準確度及調酒技術等專業細節進行評核。
完成臺灣區選拔後，3位代表選手將於9月3日前往香港，參加「2026 MONIN CUP 臺港澳區決賽」，與來自香港及澳門的優秀調酒師正面交鋒。臺港澳區最終冠軍，將代表區域前往法國巴黎參加全球總決賽，主辦單位並提供臺北至巴黎單人經濟艙來回機票及巴黎期間食宿。
「2026 MONIN CUP 全球總決賽」預計於12月8日至9日在巴黎舉行，來自世界各地的區域冠軍將齊聚 MONIN 發源地法國，角逐冠軍最高榮譽。全球總決賽冠軍可獲得5000歐元獎金、亞軍3000歐元、季軍2000歐元；前3名選手亦有機會成為「MONIN CUP全球活動大使」，持續參與品牌國際交流與調酒文化推廣。
